Our Mission
Reclaiming time for pharmacists to do what matters most
Through Agajan’s first-hand experience working in a pharmacy, we know what it is like to be overwhelmed by the phone: repeat requests, stock checks, appointment scheduling, and after-hours emergencies piling up while patients wait. Every minute on a call is a minute not spent counselling a patient or checking a script.
Our aim is to help pharmacists spend less time managing routine calls and more time focused on patient care. Kat is being developed around that mission, and prospective pilot partners are invited to help us test how it can support pharmacy workflows.
